Meet Katrina

Katrina Gaidry is originally from Canyon Lake, Texas, and enjoys helping others achieve their home ownership goals.

With her attention to detail, focus on relationships, and service-driven passion for real estate, she would be honored to guide you through the process of buying a new construction David Weekley Home.

When she's not working, you will find her attending church events, spending time with friends, two-stepping, or playing pickleball. She is also currently a part of Real Estate Aggies in Leadership, Texas A&M Association of Former Students, Austin City Young Adults, and attends Austin Ridge Bible Church.

Returning to Texas Hill Country

A few years ago, Katrina was a real estate agent, helping buyers and sellers in College Station, TX. After helping buyers buy a new construction home, Katrina realized she wanted to pursue a career in new home sales, providing all her buyers with a brand new home, warranty, and high quality service experience.

In 2024, she returned to her Texas Hill Country roots, joining the Austin team at David Weekley Homes. In 2025, she was promoted to Lead Sales Consultant, giving her the ability to train new Sales Consultants. In 2026, Katrina was awarded the Austin Homebuilder's Association Rookie of the Year Award.

Katrina has helped over 35 happy homeowners in the last few years, and is looking forward to helping more.

Where it All Began

Over 5 years ago, Katrina began her career in real estate. While obtaining her business degree, she interned at a mortgage office, learning the home loan process, sharpening her attention to detail, and honing her ability to plan and execute long-term goals.

Katrina realized she wanted to continue her real estate journey, focusing on guiding and educating others with such a large and personal investment - their home. This led her to start Real Estate Aggies in Leadership at Texas A&M University, and obtain her real estate license. She worked as a licensed assistant before becoming a full-time real estate agent. After selling general real estate, Katrina transitioned into new home sales.

Katrina continues to visit College Station and speak to current A&M students. She enjoys sharing about her experience in new construction and the real estate indudtry, as well as coaching and mentoring students on creating a career they love.

Founder: Real Estate Aggies in Leadership

During her time in College Station, Katrina connected with hundreds of Aggies, building friendships, and client relationships.

In 2021, Katrina founded and launched a volunteer based professional organization, Real Estate Aggies in Leadership (REAL), at Texas A&M University.

REAL focuses on providing education for careers in real estate, property investment, the home loan process, personal finance, and creating connections for its members every semester.

Volunteering at Mays Business School

During her time at Texas A&M, Katrina extended the network of teachers for Step Into Business, a volunteer initiative at Texas A&M, led by Mays Business School faculty, and developed by business professors.

Step Into Business offers free, downloadable, online business courses for middle and high school students aspiring to attend college & secure better employment opportunities.

Katrina also mentored marketing students, teaching about buyer needs analysis, asking the right questions, and delivering value of a product/service.
